Now turn the bottom piece and lay the front glass piece on the tape in line of the glass to form a rectangular box. Clean the area to be joined with acetone and paper towels. Fill the area between the two glass pieces with a non-toxic sealant. Now raise the front glass piece to a 90-degree angle using your square and fix it with the duct tape to the bottom piece. Apply silicone sealant on the inside of the joint. Let it dry for 24 hours. Similarly do the back of the fish tank.

Attach the sides in the same manner. Be generous with the silicone sealant and once the rectangular structure is ready, turn it upside down and apply silicone sealant to the four sides of the bottom and edges of the glass. Let it dry for 24 hours.

Once ready fill it with water and keep for 12 hours to check for leaks. If you find any leaks, seal them with the sealant.

Now your fish tank is ready. Fill it with clean water and add the accessories. Leave it for sometime, so that the water matches the room temperature, now test the pH balance and toxicity before you r bring in your favorite aquatic animals.
