Loss of Appetite

This is the most common symptom of gastric cancer. One feels bloated a lot after a meal. A person should observe if this happens every time he has just eaten.

Changes in Bowel Movement

Diarrhea or constipation or both is something that happens to anybody. But these health conditions may mean there is something wrong with one’s stomach. And these symptoms are the usual signs that one may have gastric cancer.

Blood in the Stool

When one defecates and observes that there is blood in the stool this can also mean that one has stomach cancer. Though sometimes one may not notice it, because the blood is within the stool.
